Unable to start experiment

I have a reservation for the r7525 machine, but I can't start the experiment with this machine type. Could you please have a check?

We are having problems with the BF2 NICs in several of the r7525s nodes
right now. Having a hard time keeping the nodes in service. No ETA on
getting the current two back in service.

The reservation overbook situation that was preventing you from instantiating
an experiment has been fixed.

It looks like the problem is not fixed.
