Hello,

I've been trying to start an experiment with some xl170s connected to a Dell S4048, but every attempt has failed with with one of two errors.

1. Experiment setup on the Cloudlab Utah cluster failed: SliverStart: Failed to set up experimental networks
2. Experiment setup on the Cloudlab Utah cluster failed: The following nodes failed to setup: ualloc-dell1

The latter provided me with the option to "ignore this error", so that experiment can be found here: https://www.cloudlab.us/status.php?uuid=1e5f1d14-8437-11f0-bc80-e4434b2381fc.

Another curious behavior: the Resource Availability page shows that all 5 Dells are available, yet no matter how many times I terminate and restart the experiment, I am only ever assigned ualloc-dell1 or ualloc-dell5.

Any help would be appreciated :-)

Kevin

Hi. Can you terminate this experiment please, so we can
look at the ualloc-dell1.

Thanks
Leigh

Done! Based on limited observations it seems ualloc-dell5 is the one that reports the SliverStart error.

Quick update for today: I checked both ualloc-dell1 and ualloc-dell5 today and still got the same error.

ualloc-dell5 also gave "Experiment setup on the Cloudlab Utah cluster failed: The following nodes failed to setup: ualloc-dell5"

The problem seems to be resolved today :-) (Sorry for the spam!)
