Error while extending the experiment

Hi,

I am unable to extend my experiment duration. Every time I after running all my scripts if I try to extend it for a few more days then it gets terminated. Could you please help me with this? I am attaching the screenshot of the error message.

Hi. The best way to approach these problems is to tell us as soon as
you see a problem, and send us a link to the status page of the running
experiment before it expires.

Hi. So what happens when you try to extend it? Is the last screen
shot from your attempt to extend this experiment? Click on extend,
and send us a screen shot of that. Then another screen shot after
you submit the extension request.

Hi Leigh,

After submitting the extension request the experiment gets extended. If you notice in the screenshot the expiry date is June 22. But then after a few minutes, I get this error message.
