My students suddenly report not being able to access https://cloudlab.us/ from the network in the university dormitories.  I can access it from other machines on campus.  I believe all of the dorm networks are behind a single public IP (with NAT).  Is it possible that IP has been blocked by CloudLab?  If so, whom could I contact about possibly getting that block removed?

Thanks!

Hi. Sorry to hear this, but without more details we cannot
really investigate.

Of course, and I'm very happy to provide details.  I just didn't want to share them in a public forum.  Are you the right person to share them with?

Thanks!

Hi. You can use sup...@cloudlab.us <mailto:sup...@cloudlab.us> for this.

Thanks

Please send the IP address in question to sup...@cloudlab.us, and
we'll have a look. We do have a process that watches for failed and
suspicious login attempts across all testbed machines based on
originating IP addresses, which will block IPs at the firewall that
are frequent offenders for 24 hours or so.

Great!  I'll do that.  Thank you, both.
