Hi,

I created an experiment to run some experiments on Qlogic QLE 7340 cards on Clemson c8220 nodes. But I am unable to see the port in the ifconfig. I see that the module ib_qib is loaded. But if I try ibv_devices, it shows an error saying that no userspace-device specific driver found. Am i missing any module for this specific type of cards ? I have installed libibverbs-dev, librmdacm-dev as well.

anilmr@node1:~/OFED-3.5$ ibv_devices

libibverbs: Warning: no userspace device-specific driver found for /sys/class/infiniband_verbs/uverbs0

Update :-

I got it working, I figured out that i had missed libipathverbs1 module out of numerous dependency modules. When an error like this pops up it's ideally we haven't installed the libxxxx module, where xxxx can be cxgb4,mtcha,mlnx4,umad etc based on different vendors of Infiniband HCA. libipathverbs1 - is for QLE 7340 adapter present in Clemson c8220 node.
