New CloudLab nodes with 25 Gbit, 100 Gbit, and NVMe

We're happy to announce the immediate availability of 180 new nodes at
the Utah CloudLab site.
All have AMD processors, 128 GB of RAM, and dual disks. 144 of them
(type 'c6525-25g') have dual 25 Gbps experiment NICs and dual 480 GB
SATA SSDs. 36 (type 'c6525-100g') have one 100 Gbps experiment NIC
alongside a 25 Gbps one, along with dual large, fast NVMe drives (1.6
TB, PCIe v4.0). You can find more details of these nodes at:

This is the first part of our latest hardware refresh - new nodes will
be coming to the other sites in the upcoming months.
