Howdy,

During the PDX Cloud Foundry hackathon various interested parties
decided that a neutral third party is needed for governance of the
Cloud Foundry ecosystem.

The current plan is to accept pull requests on Github and join the
Software Freedom Conservancy so that we are attached to an existing
non-profit legal structure that can handle donations/etc.

Things are still in flux! We are accumulating notes and an action plan.
