Ray,

 

Very interesting….I have never seen anything like that before.

 

What stops his/her boss/company from going straight to the guy in India?...Why should the guy be paid for doing nothing…just for being a middleman?...

 

Also you would tend to outsource, as shown in the video, only if you do not enjoy what you are doing.

 

Unfortunately, the way the society is structured, 90% do not.

 

In a way, I do not blame him, he is doing what his bosses/company would do it anyway, it is just a matter of time. He is getting ahead of the game.
