Another option, if you want to have your meeting AT our open space at QCon on Thursday evening, I could probably convince the rest of our conference committee to allow you all to join that night, and you might also attract other attendees. We will have rooms that can fit a few hundred people and they are open for anyone to simply sign up to use. Right now we haven’t announced the open space so you can use any of the following three timeslots (or two put together): 7:00, 8:15, 9:30pm. Just presenting an option…
