Problem installing in VISTA

No problem installing ver. 1.4.1 beta on my XP machine, but I can't
install it on my VISTA laptop.
During installation, I receive "error opening file for writing" -
starting with the file"
...\XML_LIST\Photo_Album.xml
Even if I choose "Ignore", the error repeats for many subsequent
files, and the installation fails. I installed MS .NET 3.0, and
verified that it is activated in the VISTA Control Panel (all check
marks are checked).
Please advise what I need to do. Thanks.

Right Click on installation file > Run as Administrator
Right Click on installation file > Run as Administrator
