Cloudman flavor install - unable to find sun grid artifacts

Hi 

I am in the process of setting up cloudman/galaxy on a eucalyptus based image. The cloudman_and_galaxy flavor is failing due to missing Grid Engine tar file. 

Anyone aware of an alternate location for ge62u5_lx24-amd64.tar.gz ? I did Google, but did not find it anywhere. 

https://github.com/chapmanb/cloudbiolinux/blob/master/cloudbio/custom/cloudman.py has
CDN_ROOT_URL = "http://linuxcourse.rutgers.edu/rate/Clusters/download"

Checked the mi-deployment project, there CDN_ROOT_URL = "http://userwww.service.emory.edu/~eafgan/content", that too seems broken.
