Thanks for using CloudBioLinux and the problem report. Apologies, part
of the Cloudman install, specifically the SGE section, was not correctly
handling local install. I pushed a fix for this and also disabled
the Cloudman build section by default since that's normally not desired
for doing local CloudBioLinux builds.
Hopefully both of those fixes will get you a clean CloudBioLinux
install. Please let us know if you run into any other problems,
