Hi,

I am trying to install cloud biolinux on my local Ubuntu 13.10 system with the code from https://github.com/chapmanb/cloudbiolinux.

During the installation process it asks for Login password of root(highlighted in red in the console shown below), I tried with my system's root password but it did not work.
Can some one suggest which password am I supposed to enter here.

Console output(Highlighted in red is the issue):

Venkatesh;
Thanks for using CloudBioLinux and the problem report. Apologies, part
of the Cloudman install, specifically the SGE section, was not correctly
handling local install. I pushed a fix for this and also disabled
the Cloudman build section by default since that's normally not desired
for doing local CloudBioLinux builds.

Hopefully both of those fixes will get you a clean CloudBioLinux
install. Please let us know if you run into any other problems,
Brad
