This survey is meant to include a governance platform managed by cloud user and cloud provider to mitigate the risks related to ownership, security, accountability and disputes

As a User of cloud services, Do you manage to create governance board within your company to handle cloud issues and security? * In IT governance Literature and also in corporate law, it is required practice that there must be a board or suitable body of persons or person appointed on behalf of the company to be resposnisble for information assets.

In your opnion, is it feasible to have a joint governance board comprising of member from Cloud service provider and a member from Cloud user to handle the issues in a collaborative way? * Cloud computing is the shared architecture, therefore it is not possible sometimes to alienate user from cloud service provider while dealing with administrative controls. Second, idea behind joint Governance Board is to solve disputes, issues and translate security requirement more effectively.
