API endpoint for list of supported languages?

Is there an API endpoint to get the list of supported languages listed at https://cloud.google.com/vision/docs/languages ?

I am working with an application that allows the user to OCR images, and optionally specify language hints. I know the Cloud Vision API ignores bad input, but in my case we want to validate that the user-provided language is in fact supported.

So is there an API for this or do I need to hard code a list?

Unfortunately, there is no api for the list of languages.
