Which external Annotation tool is good for Autom\ML

Hello All,

seeking your help to decide which external annotation or image labeling tool can i use for mass labeling job. I dont and cant use the built in annotation tool, it has its own issues and bugs.

so far i have tried many like

1. LabelIMG from GIt, very good tool. But it doesnt export box coordinates with all coordinates. it only provide 2 set of coordinates vs 4 set coordinates for each rectangle. It also saves data per image file, so like 200 xml files for 200 images.

2. VGG image annotator. cant export in any good format or doesnt support project management.

3. LabelBox

4. rectlabel for MAC: expansive.

so 2 questions

1. which tool can export all 4 sets of coordinates. i can modify the extract for csv format that AutoML accepts.

2. which annotation tool is best and (possibly) free? keep in mind about the question above before you recommend.
