How to use Pascal VOC annotation XML on Vertex AI

Hi All,

I am trying to use for Object Detection/Image Segmentation workflows of Vertex AI.  I have a bunch of images and the respective Pascal VOC XML files.

I am facing a little difficulty on how to upload them on Vertex AI and to build the model accordingly.

Any help in this regards is sincerely appreciated.
