Card scan and text recognize using Google vision and language

Hello Guys,

I have used Google cloud vision node api for business card scan and get data, then this data is send to language processing and getting label for text. Ex: Name: abc, designation: manager. This implementation is very slow and accuracy is not good as per data provided by language. Can some assist me as I have user React Native on frontend.
