Some question about image text detection for chinese and english

I use vision api to detect the words in this image, but the result make me confused. There are many chinese word can't be recognized.

Here is the text output:

Is there any possible reason that makes it difficult to recognize chinese? Is there Any problem in my image? Or could I  do any preprocess to fix the problem?

Vision API should be able to detect multiple languages within a single image [1].
