When I send same types of document but got different response due to the block bounding box so that I can Not extract same data using Regular Expression  how to do such task while using text_detection of google cloud vision...

You could use the vision api to detect text using OCR and see if this gives enough information to do the clustering.

Otherwise you'd have to make a custom implementation.
