A: 活動指定的 Quests 一切以活動網站上的列表為主，其中 GCP Essentials 雖然不在列表之中，但其實它的內容與 Create and Manage Cloud Resources 相同（差在一個 Challenge Lab），所以您還是可以藉由完成 Create and Manage Cloud Resources 這個 quest 來增加指定進度。
Q: 訂閱啟用好像失敗了，我沒有拿到少量 credits 完成第一個 lab 或是沒有取得免費的訂閱
A: 請務必確認您的操作步驟與操作手冊相同，並確定操作前有 Unenroll 該 Quest（若您曾經 enroll 並學習過該 Quest 請換一個啟用），所有的操作建議都以無痕視窗的環境中進行，以確保環境的單純。而操作後，通常也會需要等待數分鐘的同步，所以第一時間沒有生效也不必緊張，可以稍等一下，若實在是無法完成啟用，請盡速聯繫 Qwiklabs 支援服務 處理。

Q: What are the suggested Quests? (the eligibility of getting swags)
A: Please refer to the list on the Cloud Study Jam 2021 landing page。
Q: After I registered the Cloud Study Jam, I got a confirmation email that contains three quests. Are they all the "suggested" quests?
A: Yes and no. The GCP Essentials is not in the suggested list, but its content is almost the same as the quest, Create and Manage Cloud Resources (difference: a challenge lab). So you can also accomplish the Create and Manage Cloud Resources quest to meet the eligibility.
Q: I failed getting the free 30-day subscription. How can I do?
A: Be sure that you follow the steps described in the user guide and use the Incognito Window to do. Sometimes you need to wait a couple of minutes for the data sync. If you've tried everything you could do but it still fails, please contact the Qwiklabs Support to help you resolve your problem.
