We recently had our vents and dryer vents cleaned with Michael, and I’m really impressed with the service! A friend recommended this company, and now I understand why — they were professional, did a thorough job, and our airflow feels so much better. We had allergy issues at home, so this cleaning was really important for us, and the dust problem we’ve been dealing with is finally under control. They even mentioned our vents might never have been cleaned before! It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes — you can literally hear and feel the system running smoother.
They normally charge $400, but if 3–4 houses join together, it’s only $149 per house for one furnace, they’ll coordinate scheduling around what works best for us. This is a total SCAM that is going around many googlegroups where the group manager allows public access to the group without proper vetting.

TO this googlegroup manager:   BAN this person and remove open join googlegroup permission on your group and vet people who wish to join.

What follows is an actual similar situation from another googlegroup where a valid group member was taken in and paid substantial money for very little service.

This was a complete SCAM of a job. The guy Steve sends me a list saying they'll clean the ac unit, and all vents, add a deodorizer.....the tech was just here. He took 15 minutes and cleaned the main vent and charged his $150 and he's done!! He inspected the dryer vent and that's it. Extra $300 for cleaning that btw.
No deodorizer either. Complete SCAM, and just ripped us off of $150.
Kindly VET the contractors before sending out on a group email. 

Don't be taken in.   Avoid these kinds of grassroot SCAMMING solicitations.
