Hi Abhishek,

Thanks for reaching out. Please see inline responses below:
  1. The model we are trying to create is "Frequently bought together" but the model is giving an error "INSUFFICIENT_TRAINING_DATA Recommendation model cannot be trained because of insufficient data. The bought together model requires a valid copurchase pattern: there should be at least some purchase events with multiple unique purchased items. Also avoid flattening multi-purchase baskets into single item events."  We have a large dataset of tens of millions and alll the data with the same transaction id are rolled up. The data has multiple events with unique purchased items.

Have you ensured the events have been imported successfully and there are no unjoined errors. You can view this in the console's Error tab.
  1. We did a dry prediction run on the model and the output for events purchase-complete and detail-page-view are similar for both the events with the same product SKU. Is this the expected behaviour of the model?

Typically, this is not expected behaviour, however we'd need to know additional details of your use-case. Which model and placement are you using and what's the use-case? Can you provide us with the project ID and number for further analysis?
  1. Is it possible to get recommendations only using product SKU (without event type)?

  2. How does it calculate the output? We want to pass event type as None and use only product SKU based on our business requirement. Is this possible or what can the best way to achieve it?

Currently, userEvent is a required field. Can you share more details on your business requirement or usecase you're trying to solve for?
  1. On what basis is the output product sku ordered is it based on probability or rank and in which order ascending or descending? We want only the Top 5 products, how can we reduce the output to only 5 products.

You can use the pageSize field set to retrieve five recommendations per page.

Thanks,
Aqsa
