Business Insights Metrics Not Populating

The Recommendations AI Business Insights tab is not populating with any data, despite more than 2 weeks of model usage. The models appear to be working as intended and product recommendations are populating properly on the website.

Are there additional setup tasks needed in-order to view business insight data?
