Best model type to re-rank products in category based on user behavior

Trying to figure out the best model for a use case.

Let's say you have a page listing 100 dresses.

How could we leverage the Retail API to re-rank those skirts based on user behavior so that the each user see first the most relevant ones for them?

What is the correct setup for such a use case?
