PubSub Emulator limitations

Hello

Is there a public source code repo available for the PubSub Emulator?  Where might I be able to find an issues list, release notes and roadmap?

I see there is a "Known Limitations" section in the emulator page here - https://cloud.google.com/pubsub/docs/emulator#known_limitations

Are the following features also not supported?

Retry Policies

Maximum Delivery Attempts

Dead Letter Queues

Message Ordering

Subscription Filtering

I'd like to know this too. I have been unable to get subscription filtering working in the pubsub emulator. It has been a big time sink so far and I'd like to know if I'm just wasting my time on it at this point.

The source code for the emulator isn't public. Updates to the emulator (example) are packaged in new releases of the Google Cloud SDK.

Newly released features like dead letter queues, maximum delivery attempts, and filtering are not supported in the emulator. 

I'm not sure about the rest.
