pCard Compute Payload Description Format

pCard is a proposed format for describing a software payload to be delivered to an arbitrary infrastructure for deployment, such as a cloud computing environment. This group serves as a workspace for those interested in discussing and defining the pCloud format, and--if viable--promoting it.
