test part fails

Hello,

I've trained a model which predicts month of invoice's text. (1600 train, 200 test and val)

Evaluation scores looks good, but when giving new text in the test part, the prediction is always wrong. more stranger, is that the same text from the first part and the test part show different results.

Is this a bug? Am i understanding wrong the concept of the test part?
