Importing user-defined custom sentiment dictionary to NLP Sentiment API?

Dear all, 

I'm new to the NLP Sentiment API. Does Sentiment API allow users to import their own sentiment dictionary (for example, I want the API to capture "Covid-ish" as a negative word, which is not in the pre-defined database)? If the answer is yes, how can I operate?
