Hello Team,

We have done document classification by importing PDF documents in AutoML Text & Document Classification in GCP.
Now we are trying extract data from the document which we have stored in bucket during data classification by AutoML Entity Extraction and fetch a service to pass the data into our system.
So, can you guide on further procedure to extract data from documents and convert data into a service that we can use to fetch the data.

Thanks,
Sweta Patel.

Hello,

I believe that the way to go with that is to create a Cloud Dataflow pipeline to do the Entity extraction and processing of the data to then upload it to BigQuery. You could even use Data Studio to show some nice visualizations of the data from BigQuery.
You could also schedule a job with Cloud Composer to do the same. But that depends on how much data there is to process and how scalable you want it to be.

Hope that helps,
Kevin

Hello Team,

We are trying extract data from the document which we have stored in bucket during data classification by AutoML Entity Extraction  and currently doing the annotations of the files to extract the data entities. But we are getting the below error. So please guide us through the further steps and also how to resolve these.

Hi Abhinav,

Our Prepare text training data for Entity extraction documentation does not elaborate on this. Therefore, I advise you to add more annotations to your "Address" label and if this does not resolve your issue, you would need to further report this by creating a Public issue tracker
