Hi All,
We have deployed our Tableau Server on Google Cloud and using GCP Load balancer to access our dashboards from browser.
With some of dashboards, below error occurs and sometime it works smoothly:
<title>502 Server Error</title> </head> <body text=#000000 bgcolor=#ffffff> <h1>Error: Server Error</h1> <h2>The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.<p>Please try again in 30 seconds.</h2> <h2></h2>
When we use our Tableau default URL to access same Dashboard, it works fine at same time.
It is happening with only some dashboards.
Please help!!

In this case, it seems you are experiencing an issue with your load balancer set up, in order to be able to get a better idea of what settings may be changed , I would suggest you to report it using the following link [1]. This will allow an agent to ask for information about your project without being publicly visible.
