I'm really in need of help.

I just set up in my GCP account:
LOAD BALANCING + CDN

I use a VM with WHM and CPANEL.

After changing the A record in a domain, to LOAD BALANCING IP, I stop receiving emails in the WEBMAIL inbox - Cpanel account.

Do I need to make any extra adjustments? for me to keep receiving emails ...

I did not make any changes to emails or CPANEL accounts. I just pointed the A record to the LOAD BALANCING IP.

Thank you so much.

Hello Marcos,

This could be a DNS configuration issue. Not sure if you have created a managed zone[1] and a A record in your GCP project. If so, make sure you have updated the name servers that are associated with your domain registration to point to the new Cloud DNS name servers[2]. It’s worth mentioning here that once you update the nameservers information, there could be a propagation delay until the TTL on the old NS records expire.

If it is a HTTPS external LB, I would suggest to review the stackdriver logs[1], look if you can identify any errors specifically 5xx errors. For further troubleshooting. You can also curl to the LB IP or website URL, and analyze the output, which may give you important clue to identifying the root cause:

$ curl -Ikv https://[LB_EXTERNAL_IP] : Port

It is important to mention that Google Groups is a discussion forum on GCP products, not a site to troubleshoot customer issues. So if you are still experiencing issues, you should be posting this question on Stack or Serverfault[4] where the community members can help you to troubleshoot this issue. You can also reach out to Google Cloud Platform support [5] for further assistance.
