Is possible to create multiple hosted zones with the same nameservers ?

I'm asking this because on Route53 is possible to create a reusable delegation set that is using the same nameserver for multiple hosted zones.

This allow me to create vanity nameserver (or whitelabel nameservers) using some A records pointing to Google Cloud DNS

In example:

https://galliard.xyz/essay/2015/12/aws-vanity-nameservers.html

This is the only thing that prevent me to use Google Cloud DNS

I have to move about 2k domains and having different nameservers for each hosted zone is a mess!

Created 5 different zones and most need a different NS.

This is really painful and needs a lot more logic in automating things. 

Vanity Name Servers has been a thing for ages, at least that should be made available on GC DNS until this different NS thing is fixed.
