When I try to update or delete the records of a Cloud-DNS domain, there is the following error message.
Error code "conditionNotMet" : Precondition not met for 'entity.change.deletions[0]'
How to fix it?

Hi, you've likely created a record with TTL=0. There is a known issue managing these records in the Console.
You can work around by removing the record using the gcloud command line tool.
