Hi, guys.

I have a problem with accessing Cloud DNS
All my projects say LOADING ERROR and just a red sign.

All other services work correctly, but DNS - the only I need today - is in error state. Anyone know smth about this?

I have tried to reproduce it in my test environment but didn't notice the same issue as you are having.

You could try followings to resolve this issue:
a) Clear cache and cookies [1].
b) Browse in private with Incognito mode [2].
c) Try different browsers.

If this issue's root case is the browser then this might be helpful.

Are you getting this error following specific steps? If so, could you share those steps? With this information in hand, I would be able to verify the issue and report internally if needed.

However, it seems this issue is related to your project only, and this platform is Google’s official bug reporting and feature request platform that affecting multiple users.

For this reason, I would suggest followings:

1) If you have tech support, open a case with Google Cloud Platform support [3]
2) If you like, you could also open an issue with GCP community support. For this ServerFault would be appropriate platform [4]

no, that doesnt help.

I tried different browsers, I tried different PCs, I tried to clear cache. And ofc private mode.

It is not an error from my side, I think...

I understand you are unable to load DNS page from gcp console. And you are getting failed to load error once you are trying to access the page.

Can you try to log out and log back in again in a new browser session?

Also, can you try to make changes using the gcloud command line interface? I've attached the documentation[1] for that below.

So I had this same problem and eventually found that it was a corporate firewall that was terminating TLS to perform virus checking before forwarding traffic. Once we added bypass rules for some of the google connections the page started working again. Very frustrating and time consuming.

To resolve this, please follow this path in your GCP console:

Go to Navigation Menu> APIs and services> Dashboard menu and enable Google Cloud DNS API. If it's already enabled, try disabling and re-enabling it.

I hope this helps.
