Happy New Year.  As participation and SCIM implementations continue to grow I'd like to remind those that desire to contribute IP and vote on future versions to submit a signed CLA to this list.  That's all it takes.  More info is posted at http://code.google.com/p/scim/wiki/Participating.  Vinnie and Tushar, I have checked-in your CLA and ADP now appears on simplecloud.info.  Welcome!

Prior to the holidays we agreed there was a strong desire for at least 1 interop event prior to the May IIW.  There was also consensus around putting together an event during the March (25-30) IETF meeting in Paris.  Emmanuel or Erik - can you firm up a commitment to host?

Albeit this is last minute, but if anyone will be at IIW D.C. next week I'll be there with the UnboundID server and client SDK so bring your implementations and we'll see what happens.

Thanks,
Trey

Sure thing! We can host it in our Paris office. Any specific days people will be at the IETF meeting? It's a long conference.

Great news about UnboundID:s SCIM release. Congrats!

Hi Erik, Trey, SCIM team,

I'm wishing you all an happy new year.
I will contact Erik Offline. We can probably arrange a great event around this interop session.

Could you give me an idea of how many people might attend to this event?
I believe:
- 15 - 20 people from companies who have a SCIM implementation? ( 5 companies x 3 people)
- 5-10 from IETF?
- A few IT journalists and IT analysts?
- Several IT / Cloud Integrators of the European Market that I / we will invit.
- A few curious... ?

Thanks Emmanuel and Erik.  Another option is to do it onsite at IETF though, per Morteza, we won't be able to firm up the day/time logistics until late Feb.  In the meantime, for planning purposes, it would be helpful to get a tally of those planning to attend and what you'll be bringing.  I've stubbed a page for that on the SCIM wiki at http://code.google.com/p/scim/wiki/FirstInteropEvent.  If you're going please update.

Any takers on putting together an interop test plan/use cases?

Thanks,
Trey

SailPoint will be there with a client (I’ve update the wiki).  My preference would be onsite at IETF if that is an option.

I will take on putting together some use cases for the interop.  These may look strikingly similar to the ones that we used for the IIW interop event in October.
