End Client: State of ND – North Dakota Health and Human Services (NDHHS or HHS)
Client Location: Bismarck, ND 58505
Work Location: 100% Remote
Interview Mode: Video sessions
Duration: 2+ years
Rate: DOE
Visa: No H1Bs
Required skills:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with recent years as PM in managing IT projects
- Must have experience in retirement of Mainframe Technologies as a Project Manager
- 5 years in software development, systems architecture, IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
- Proficient in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in managing technical debt.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Risk management skills in identifying and mitigating risks associated with technical debt.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Preferred skills:
- State government experience as a PM for the retirement of Mainframe Technologies
- Scrum Master
- GIAC Project Manager or Technical Project Management
