This is an interesting article focusing on Symantec's view of how IT is approaching SaaS. Rather than build their own clouds they seem to view SaaS as a tool. Maybe they realize that massively scaled data centers are more than they want to take on given the physical space, virtualization complexity and energy requirements (Aka: The Fog) they impose?
