I'm also interested in this topic. Looking forward to a good answer.
I suppose most of them use variants of RBAC model since ABAC is not officially there yet.
Maybe in some cases, a combination of the two. But I'm not sure about the details about each cloud.
A good source of a combined model refers to: http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/SNS/rbac/documents/kuhn-coyne-weil-10.pdf

Sincerely,
Bo

Mostly some Discretionary model or some group based access control have been used my most service provider. But specific access control for service oriented model is not available.
can you please specify the problem first ? why do you need the access control model ? what kind of flexibility you want to achieve ?

access control model are selected based on the functional requirement of the industry. DAC, MAC, RBAC & ABAC are installed based on the type of access required.  some industry may require combination of these models. other models are in not implemented practically.
