Amazon Web Services have got just the service that you need. Its called CloudFront.

I don't know  about Azure, but I have compared Akamai and AWS CloudFront with respect to Storage, CND, etc. Akamai has come out to be far expensive solution, trust me, huge difference.
Check out the below links:

And you won't get more cheaper and durable storage than AWS S3.

Hi,

I am familiar with Azure Cloud Storage ( Blobs ), I am about to lunch a project related with storing/streaming video in the cloud, this video should be widely accessible, currently I am investigating the optimal solution ( highest ROI ).

Akamai has a robust solution, Do they provide a cloud storage? it seemed to me as if what is provided is only the CDN/Cache where the ~customer~ should provide the origin server where the storage is created, does Akami has an equivalent to Azore's Blob storage, OR, to Amazon's EC2/S3 storage ?

I got lost in the haze of arguments needed by Azure/Amazon to compute storage/cdn cost, can Any1 refer me to a good site comparing ROI for cloud storage?

What would be the best strategy in choosing the best solution for an application supporting robust video upload, storage & streaming ?

Nadav,

Azure also provides a CDN [1], so you could store and stream it from Azure, without having to resort to any other CDNs.

You can also look into Rackspace Cloud Files with Akamai CDN -- inexpensive durable storage with the performance of Akamai on content delivery at a very reasonable price.

Cloud Files uses Open Stack's Swift technology (which Rackspace contributed to Open Stack).
