me answer this "Hello sir, i was just wondering about where thumbanils
files will store small sized pictures (pictures that are displayed on
the screeen ) will be stored in the windows operating system ?

its OS that manages all the applications multi-threading allows to invoke the program to display images with limited capabilities.

the pictures are in the HDD of machines. If its website the image is transferred as a file
