Composer creation fails in Europe region

During the creation of Pod: download-images-ds

The container: overprovision-composer-inverting-proxy

With image: europe-docker.pkg.dev/cloud-airflow-releaser/composer-inverting-proxy/composer-inverting-proxy:cloud_composer_service_2022-07-10-RC0

Fails with message: Error: failed to create containerd task: failed to create shim: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:380: starting container process caused: exec: "sh": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown

It appears that the image being used is not the latest one:

You can always validate using the GCP status services portal before create a ticket to support
