Unable to upgrade google-cloud-pubsublite to a higher version

I am using Airflow 2.4.3  Composer version 1.20.12 with Python 3.8. I created a pipeline to

create a pubsublite reservation. However, it failed to import the Reservation module form google.cloud.sublite. So, I thought of upgrading it. However, it failed with the error shown below

How do I fix this?

UPDATE operation on this environment failed 8 minutes ago with the following error message:
Failed to install Python packages. apache-airflow 2.4.3+composer has requirement google-cloud-pubsublite<1.0.0, but you have google-cloud-pubsublite 1.9.0.
