No usage data apart from current month

Hi all

We've been experimenting with Cloud Carbon Footprint for our Azure environment and are interested in exploring it even further. The issue we are running into is that we can't seem to display any other data apart from the current month (february). Via web application it just says "There's no data to display" and via the CLI option it just returns months other than february with  0.00 kWh and 0.00 MTC02e. 

Are we missing an option or a variable, or is this a permission/access issue? There is no error code or anything so I can't give much info, my apologies.

Hi Sacha, 

I just re-testing pulling the last 4 months of data and it seems to work fine when it comes to Thoughtworks internal usage, so I suspect maybe you have a different configuration with either the CCF application, or your Azure environment. A few possible next steps:

1. How have you configured the client to make requests? This is the package/client/.env file.
2. Are you able to confirm via the Azure Portal that there is indeed usage before February? Is it similar to the usage in February?
3. Are you pulling the code directly from Github, or using the create-app template? We recently made some fixes/improvements to the create-app that is published so you may want to re-create and install with create-app.

Let us know how those go, and if need be, we could jump on a screen share to debug with you.
