Regarding variation in Power Consumption Data

Hi Team ,

According to the CCF methodology for calculating emissions for cloud providers, the average power consumption (Watts), average vCPU utilization, and vCPU hours are considered based on the CPU specifications of the virtual machine, as listed in the SPECpower database. However, we notice that even for the same CPU description, the power consumption (Watts) can vary depending on the chip type, number of cores, and other hardware configurations. How is this variation managed in the methodology?
