Footprint API doesnt respond

Hi CCF,  I am trying to run footprint API for calculating emissions of services present in my Azure cluster but api (/footprint) loads for a very long time and fails after sometime.

This is happening even for a short duration of time like 15-20 days emission data as well.

For 10 days data , it takes about 5-8 minutes to respond.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue..

Hi Shivansh,

Apologies for the late follow-up on this. Are you still experiencing this issue. We have some performance improvements for Azure on the horizon, but consider taking a look at https://www.cloudcarbonfootprint.org/docs/performance-considerations#azure-performance-considerations to see if that helps. The delay may be due to the rate limiting, which we're hoping is resolved with the migration to the Cost Details API.
