AZURE Configure Issue

Recently I am configuring CCF and in AZURE configuration I happened to have an issue like the below attachment. Is there any way I can solve this issue?

What you're seeing is rate limiting for querying a large number of subscriptions from Azure. 

This is expected behaviour due to rate limitations of the Azure consumption management API. Because of this, we implemented retry logic based on the time period the API tells us to wait for - in your case, 60 seconds.
The request should eventually complete once all the subscriptions are fetched and the rate limit retries are finished.
