Error Footprint request.LimitExceededException Help

Hi,

Can someone please help with the error below?

api_1 | 2022-01-26T14:30:57.109Z [api] error: Unable to process footprint request.PartialDataError: Partial Data Returned from AWS

api_1 | 2022-01-26T14:30:00.767Z [api] error: Unable to process footprint request.LimitExceededException: Too many open requests for 358318401991.

Is there a config in the codebase I can edit limit requests, so it doesn't timeout?

A similar error relating to the request timeout

[error] 24#24: *23 upstream timed out (110: Operation timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: 172.21.0.1, server: , request: "GET /api/footprint?start=2021-01-26&end=2022-01-26 HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://172.21.0.2:4000/api/footprint?start=2021-01-26&end=2022-01-26", host: "localhost", referrer: "http://localhost/"
