Query regarding the Emission data

Hello,

I tried creating same services in both us east 1 and ap south 1 region, to check the emissions generated, mumbai should show larger emission as we use coal power in India. However when i ran the CCF tool the emissions generated for both regions as follows:
us-east-1 co2e: 3.352212539771343e-7

ap-south-1 co2e: 0.000001538991805989467
May I know why the emission generated for ap-south-1 is less?

Hi Deeksha,

The us-east-1 co2e value is actually 0.0000003352212539771343 or some similar number which is as expected, which turns out to be less than ap-south-1 estimate. Keep in mind that these tend to be very small decimals so you need to pay attention to the exponential value of e-7.
