HI Members, old and new!

When you email me requesting a book or DVD please put the TITLE of the book or DVD you are requesting in the subject line and the words LIBRARY REQUEST. I am trying to make sure I do NOT miss your emails and I do not personally know all of you. As I have said before, I will make every effort to  bring the materials you request. If asking for more than one item, the others can be included in the body of the email.

Obviously, you must be a member in good standing (dues paid up) in order to check out materials. You are responsible for replacement costs if an item is lost, or not returned. Materials can be checked out for one month. Do not pass your materials to another member. Do fill out the request sheet in full with what you have received and return it to me at the meeting. This way I can find you!

Limits 

Books to 3

DVDs/VHS to 2, or 1 if it is a NEW DVD

Magazines to 3
