incremental dom support

I can see that now it would appear incremental dom support is shipped, however the javascript files (some assuming generated from typescript with tsicle) refer to namespaces that are not really available (like 'inrementaldom' and 'xid')

Is there any example/documentation on how to use incremental dom in the scope of a closure tools project (i.e. code written with closure library and soy templates where the templates are compiled to be used with incremental dom and how to compile the a whole project with it?)
